Changes include completely revised notation (dropping GZ patterns and referring to irreps as vector spaces and not matrices), more self-contained proofs (Wigner-Eckart theorem, esp. as applied to Wigner operators, basically everything except that one equation from Biedenharn and Louck) and stuff that isn't necessary but makes me feel better about the paper, like Young symmetrizers and a better-motivated description of the multiplicities in the CG transform.
